Today’s video is about Fodder Beet, a really odd looking root vegetable.
Even the name “fodder beet” seems odd – like mum has made it up. It reminds me of the times I’ve been told to say hello to “Uncle Keith”, even though I see him once a decade… and he’s technically not my uncle.
Anyway, I’m feeling like I’m finding my groove with the farm, lots of new content coming and a really fun video I just released that I’d love you to watch:
British farming with quirks, named because I thought a few things were a little on the quirky side. Apparently I am wrong because there’s been some fantastic (and very agreeable) comments.
There’s also a new podcast coming out in the next few weeks, and a few more videos in the same style as above.
I’m working on a new video about this pre-historic looking root vegetable – though I must say – what it lacks in beauty, it makes up for in purpose… because the cows absolutely love it.
Would love to hear from you in the comments, or in a reply from the email I sent.
All the best,
Rufus
